We can't send perishable or frozen goods outside of Auckland.  Foods marked with a P (perishable) or F (refrigerated or frozen) cannot be shipped outside of Auckland or to rural addresses.

If you have a rural delivery address, please pop the Rural Delivery 'item' on your order, as it costs us an extra $5 to courier to rural delivery addresses.

If you require delivery for a specific time and date, please contact us for a quote, as this service differs from our standard service.

Not all of our products are on our website.  If you would like to order products you've seen in store, that aren't online, please email glutenfreegrocer@xtra.co.nz to inquire.

We've got a lot going on this month!  First off, for every bag of Bakeworks cookies you buy, you'll get a bag of their breadcrumbs to try.  And they are fantastic!

We have FREE DELIVERY within Auckland for orders over $60.  So if you don't feel like coming in to see us because of the cold, then you don't have to!  Just select the Auckland May Special delivery option.

And if you buy a bag of our baking mix, we'll send you Sarah's bread recipe.

If you haven't tried the R.A.W bars, pick one up next time you're in the store - they're right beside the counter.  Made simply from fruits and nuts, these are a great natural snack.
