Delivery Charges

Delivery Days: Monday – Friday, orders need to be in by 3pm.

(Note: No deliveries on Weekends or Public Holidays)

Orders placed on the weekend or on Friday after 3pm will be treated as having been received on the next Monday.

We unfortunately cannot send orders to PO Box addresses, couriers will not deliver to these.  A physical address is required (work or home) for all deliveries.  Also if a home address is supplied, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel you are not going to be home to sign for it, otherwise a card will be left for you to collect from their depot.

We cannot deliver goods to arrive at a specific time via our standard courier rates, if you require this service please contact us on info@glutenfreegrocer.co.nz and we can see if we can get a quote for you.

Orders will charge freight based on the weight selected to the area. We charge a base price for our courier charges plus any applicable Rural charges, these are based on the prices that we are charged for by the courier company’s we use. It is your responsibility to check that the correct courier charge for your order has inserted and if incorrect we will advise you accordingly.

Rural Deliveries

As a rule we will not deliver fresh goods to rural addresses due to the time delays with the couriers. If you choose to have your order of fresh goods sent to a rural address you accept full responsibility and Gluten Free Grocer will not be liable for any delays what so ever. Deliveries to rural addresses will usually take 1 to 2 days more than standard deliveries.

Freight Claims/Damages

1. Gluten free Grocer will assist in making claims for freight damage as much as possible. Gluten free Grocer accepts no responsibility for products damaged during transport. We endeavor to pack the goods to minimize damage, but due to the delicate nature of some of the goods we cannot guarantee that they will always arrive intact.

2. All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery of the products to you.

3. We have no liability to you for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing this service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the products ordered.
