I’m not gluten free, but sometimes it’s nice to give your guts a break. And if you are gluten free, it’s nice to know where you can shop safely! The Gluten free Grocer has your back, and plenty of great food. Grocery items, and a caf area too where you can pick up a cake, cookie or a pie (yes! a pie!) and eat it knowing you can.

This place is ideal if you want to prepare something special or festive or moreishly delicious that?s gluten free! Great if you want to treat someone that can?t have gluten. They will feel positively spoil t! They also sell a great range of ingredients for making your own gluten free treats!

After becoming gluten and dairy free i struggled finding food that i could eat and that tasted nice. But when i went to the gluten free grocer in Mt Eden I purchased a range of flours, gluten free wraps, sauces and butters. Now i have a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas! Thanks!

It is such a blessing to have a local store which specialises in gluten free products — and stocks an amazing array of everything you need in one place. They even deliver if you can’t make it into the store! ?There’s plenty of parking nearby if the parks right outside are full, and always a friendly greeting as you enter the store. Frozen necessities — such as gluten free pastry and pizza bases, buns and so on – are always kept stocked up, and there’s yummy fresh baking to take away as well. The original owners who established the store ?were bold visionaries, and the new owner is doing justice to their dream. Many thanks to all who keep the venture alive (and well stocked)!?

Our daughter is coeliac. We just love the yummy range of?home made gluten free slices and biscuits the Gluten Free Grocer makes. The prices are reasonable and they have such a great range of products. It is the perfect place to stop and grab a few bits and pieces to take on a picnic too!
