Ordering

To place your order you can either

  • Shop here online using pay pal (your credit card, you don’t have to be a member) or direct credit from your bank account
  • Email us an order to order@glutenfreegrocer.co.nz
  • Phone through your order to 09 373 3122

Please be aware, we are a little store so sometimes products are out of stock for short periods of time.  If anything in your order is currently out of stock, we'll email to let you know, let you know what the wait period is on the stock, and let you know about similar stock options in case you'd prefer to swap.

 

Pick up

You are welcome to pick up your orders from our store at 13 Mt Eden rd, Eden Tce. Place your order using order@glutenfreegrocer.co.nz or 09 373 3122

Deliveries

PO Boxes

We cannot send orders to PO box addresses.  Couriers will not deliver to these.  Also, we'd like you to receive your package as fresh as possible, so a physical address is required (work or home) for all deliveries.

Orders within Auckland

If you have ordered from within Auckland, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 - 4 working days.

Orders outside Auckland

If you have ordered from outside of Auckland in the North Island, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 3 - 7 working days.  If you have ordered from the South Island, your delivery will arrive within 7 - 14 working days.  We cannot deliver frozen or short life products any further South than Hamilton, or any further North than Wellsford.  Short life products are marked with a (P).  Frozen/ refrigerated products are marked with an (F)

Our courier charges are slightly higher as we only use same day and overnight couriers

Frozen foods
Frozen foods currently cannot be delivered any further South than Hamilton, or further North than Wellsford.  Should you require frozen foods please phone us to discuss your order on 09 373 3122

Rural Deliveries
Please add 'Rural Delivery' as a 'product' if you are ordering from a rural address.  Rural delivery costs us $15 extra to send out.  Deliveries to rural addresses will usually take 2 days more than standard deliveries.  Because of this, we cannot deliver frozen or short life foods to rural addresses.

  • Online Credit Card - shop here and pay online using your credit card on paypal (you don't have to be member)
  • Phone through your Credit Card - email your order to order@glutenfreegrocer.co.nz or phone us on 09 373 3122  with your order and pay by credit card over the phone.
  • Direct Credit - order online or email your order to order@glutenfreegrocer.co.nz or phone us on 09 373 3122 with your order and pay by direct credit to Gobble IP Ltd ASB 12-3059-0525569-00. Please use your surname as the reference code. Your order will be processed AFTER payment has been received.
  • EFTPOS or Cash - Please feel free to pop into our shop to pick up your order 13 Mt Eden rd, Eden Tce Auckland
  • Other Payment options - should you require another payment option please phone us on 09 373 3122. Orders will not be processed until after payment has been received.

  • Ordering
  • We do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. Should you order an out of stock item you will be contacted and have the option of replacing the item with another or removing it from your order.
    We advise placing your order online, by email or by fax for order accuracy.
    Deliveries - see our Ordering and Delivery page for order cut off times, delivery options and delivery charges. We DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY for late orders due to courier issues.
    Courier charges are based on weight, distance and additional costs e.g. rural deliveries. Contact Gluten Free Grocer for a quote or details
    Prices
  • Online prices include GST. Wholesale prices do not and will be quoted directly.
    Prices are subject to change without notice and the price for any consignment shall be that ruling at the time of dispatch.
    Payment
  • Payment is bue BEFORE the product is dispatched
    All goods once dispatched are taken as sold, we accept no returns.
    There will be no refund on goods unless they are found to be defective.
    If goods are found to be defective Gluten free Grocer must be notified immediately. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and will give a refund on goods if they have not been received in a satisfactory condition, excluding damage in transit.
     
  • Freight Claims/Damages
  • Gluten free Grocer will assist in making claims for freight damage as much as possible. Gluten free Grocer accepts no responsibility for products damaged during transport. We endeavour to pack the goods to minimise damage, but due to the delicate nature of the goods we cannot guarantee that they will always arrive intact.
    You agree that where you acquire products from us for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that would otherwise apply to the supply by us of those products do not apply.
    All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery of the products to you.
    We have no liability to you for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing this service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the products ordered.
