Ordering
- We do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. Should you order an out of stock item you will be contacted and have the option of replacing the item with another or removing it from your order.
- We advise placing your order online, by email or by fax for order accuracy.
- Deliveries - see our Ordering and Delivery page for order cut off times, delivery options and delivery charges. We DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY for late orders due to courier issues.
- Courier charges are based on weight, distance and additional costs e.g. rural deliveries. Contact Gluten Free Grocer for a quote or details
Prices
- Online prices include GST. Wholesale prices do not and will be quoted directly.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and the price for any consignment shall be that ruling at the time of dispatch.
Payment
- Payment is bue BEFORE the product is dispatched
- All goods once dispatched are taken as sold, we accept no returns.
- There will be no refund on goods unless they are found to be defective.
- If goods are found to be defective Gluten free Grocer must be notified immediately. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and will give a refund on goods if they have not been received in a satisfactory condition, excluding damage in transit.
Freight Claims/Damages
- Gluten free Grocer will assist in making claims for freight damage as much as possible. Gluten free Grocer accepts no responsibility for products damaged during transport. We endeavour to pack the goods to minimise damage, but due to the delicate nature of the goods we cannot guarantee that they will always arrive intact.
- You agree that where you acquire products from us for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that would otherwise apply to the supply by us of those products do not apply.
- All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery of the products to you.
- We have no liability to you for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing this service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the products ordered.
