Red cargo rice is a good source of Vitamin B1 & B2, fibre, iron and calcium.  Has a rich nutty flavour and nice chewy texture, similar to jasmine rice.  Is higher in fibre then brown rice, it is unpolished and just the husks are removed from the grain, so all the vitamin and minerals remain intact.  It does take longer to cook.
