Yeast free Gluten free Pizza Base Recipe

1 and 1/2 cups GFG Baking Flour Mix
2 teaspoons of GF baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of rice bran oil
3/4 cup of water
Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the oil and water. Combine well until the mixture comes together in a slightly sticky dough.
Now turn the dough onto a floured surface. Knead for a minute or two, then roll out with a rolling pin. Place on an oiled baking tray and fill with your favorite toppings.
